Community pools must comply with regulations regarding the safety, hygiene and maintenance of facilities that are common to all Autonomous Communities.
The Community of Owners or the Property Manager must ensure the correct application of these rules.1.- Guarantee the quality of the water and the cleaning and disinfection of the common areas 3 times a day: beaches, showers, knobs and stairs.

As established by the BOE in Order SND / 414/2020, swimming pools may be opened to the public only by appointment and a maximum capacity of 30% or that which allows compliance with the safety distance.
